how do you think Affirmative Action has done in meeting its goals the past 40 years? Does it carry a stigma about minority applicants being less qualified than majority applicants? How would you feel if someone at your work received a promotion over you, based on their race and not qualifications or abilitiy to do the job?
Could we make some changes to the Affirmative Action Law to make it more fair or add a group of people to be helped? Are there companies that should not have to worry about Affirmative Action? Why? Would you include gay or LGBT members as people who should be covered under Affirmative Action?
