Our class content teaches us to ensure that we are always using an audience focus for our communications. Take the example of a large corporation that has 2000 employees, all located within Canada. What are some of the ways that organizations like this can develop a strong audience focus? In other words, how can they get to know their employees in a way to help them improve their on-going communications with them?
