Here are the questions for this discussion.

How are the concepts of  reactivity, Fixed mindset and scarcity similar?  How are the concepts of  pro-activity, growth mindset and abundance similar?  If one believes resources and opportunity are scarce, how will it affect one’s personality and character traits?  If one perceives that there is an abundance of opportunity and resources, how will it affect one’s personality and character traits?    Relate a time when you were reactive.  How might you change your attitude to become more pro-active?  Do you believe there is boundless opportunity and abundance or do you believe there is limited opportunity and that resources are scarce?  Which is more important reality or belief, why?
