As you have learned from your text, audience centrics are now commonly used to better determine information to allow an understanding of your customers. By definition, “An audience centered approach is where one tailors a presentation to fit the audience. Audience centered approaches are used in public speaking where one considers factors such as the age bracket, socio-economic and educational levels of the audience. A good audience centered approach easily exceeds the expectations of the audience.”
