The Ethics of Individual Behavior Change Plans

1. Describe why it is so important for behavior analysts to use the most current research findings when treating a client? How does staying up to date connect to the BACB Guidelines for Responsible Conduct? Name three sources (websites, journals, etc.) where you can find the latest research in your field. From one of these sources, provide a brief discussion of a recent development or innovative treatment approach which was published within the past year. Discuss how you might use this in your work as a psychology professional.
