Was it important that all of the Supreme Court Justices voted the same way in Brown v Board of Education? If one or two Justices dissented, the decision would have stood anyway: What was Warren’s motivation here? Also, speculate how would the court might have ruled in this case if Fred Vinson – and not Earl Warren – was the Chief Justice.
