Every student must partake in an intercultural experience and write a reflection paper about it. The objective of this assignment is to get yourself “out of your own skin” in order to experience another culture and appreciate it for what it is.

1) Describe exactly what, where, and when you did;

2) Explain how the event/activity relates to class content, concepts, or objectives; and

3) Provide a reflection about your personal experiences with the activity, i.e. you emic perspective.
