As you watch the film, think about what it tells us about why ethnic conflict occurs and how we could stop it, and think about what you think is the responsibility of the United States when genocide is occurring in another country.
Writing Up Your Findings:
After watching the film, write a two-page or longer response paper (typed and double-spaced). Your paper should include your reactions to what you learned, the questions you have about the genocide, and your thoughts, based on what you saw and what you read in the text, about why ethnic conflict occurs, how we could stop it, and what the U.S.’s responsibility is, if anything, during a genocide.
