As the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you are the most senior executive officer and you report directly to the board of directors. You are responsible for strategic planning, leadership, management, communication, resource alignment, and execution. Now that your vision and strategy is formed, you will pitch your leadership plan to the Board of Directors. Y ou are tasked with persuading the board that you are the right person with the right plan.Your assignment is to develop and deliver a 4- 5 minute. PowerPoint presentation that complements and highlights key ideas from your strategic leadership plan.
