Work with your facilitator to identify an organization within which you can complete this paper. Through your supervisor or a designated contact, review the strategic plan for your chosen organization. Select from the strategic plan a topic area which has been identified as strategic importance for the organization’s future and sustainability. Conduct library research to obtain full-text PDF copies of scholarly journal articles on the topic you have identified. Write a 9-12 page paper following APA style guidelines* with a cover page, an abstract, body and reference page. The first

third of the paper should place the organization’s strategic plan within its environmental context, summarize and highlight key strategic choices represented in the plan, and present a rationale for the topic further researched. The latter two-thirds of the paper should synthesize and present the scholarly literature on a topic related to a strategic initiative for the organization. The synthesis should present the relationship between ideas, arguments, perspectives, and applications addressed in the scholarly articles and summarize their relevance to the topic. In addition to the paper, prepare a power point presentation, with no more than 8 slides, which conveys the key points for each of the paper’s main sections.

Marketing Plan

Throughout this course, you have learned about the elements of a marketing plan. This assignment will provide you with the opportunity to research the marketing methodology of an existing publicly traded company; using a publicly traded company will provide you with access to a greater amount of information to complete this assignment. As you research this company, apply the theoretical learning from this course.

Include the sections below in your marketing plan.

• Introduction: Include a brief introduction of the company.
• Competitive Analysis: Who are your company’s competitors, and how is each differentiated? Identify two or three strengths and two or three weaknesses of your company compared to a minimum of two of your company’s competitors.
• Marketing Strategies: What are the marketing strategies used by your company in the management of the global customer brand? Use the four Ps in your analysis, which are listed below.
  • Product: Begin with a theoretical definition of a product. What is the product/service offering by your company? How did the development of these new products affect your company’s marketing strategy?
  • Place: Begin with a theoretical definition of place. What are the distribution channels used by your company?
  • Price: Begin with a theoretical definition of price. What is the pricing strategy used by your company?
  • Promotion: Begin with a theoretical definition of promotion. What are the traditional and digital methods of marketing promotion used by your company? Explain a minimum of three traditional and three digital methods.
• Competitive Advantage: Identify whether your company has a competitive advantage in each of the areas of the four Ps. Remember that your company could have a competitive advantage in one area and not in another. Include supporting rationale.

Your submission must be in essay format and use subheadings. You need to include a minimum of five scholarly sources (no blogs, no Wikipedia), and three must be peer-reviewed sources. Your scholarly activity must be at least six pages in length, not counting the title page and references page. APA format is required.

Physical activity is a component of children’s development that will be incorporated into everyday learning. Educators find creative ways to incorporate more movement and play in the early childhood classrooms.

Find a birth to Pre-K child care facility and have a discussion with a classroom teacher to gain insights on the following:

• How much time children are allowed to participate in physical activity
• How learning objectives are written to address physical activity
• How lessons are designed to incorporate physical activity

Observe and take note of the types of physical activity in which the children participate. The birth to Pre-K child care facility that you choose is where you will spend all of your field experience hours for this course.

Use any remaining field experience hours to assist the teacher in providing instruction and support to the class.

Write a 250-500 word reflection based on your experience at the child care facility and your interview. Reflect upon and evaluate personal practice related to including physical activity and play in the lives of young children.

Address the following in your reflection:

• How lesson plans can include physical activity
• How educators can address the need for physical activity in the classroom
• What you plan to implement into your future teaching practice

APA format is not required, but solid academic writing is expected.

You have just opened a healthcare center in a major American city. You have a handful of employees and your main business is to provide urgent-care medical services, pharmacy, patient education, and various kinds of therapy. Answer the following questions?

Your report should be 5 – 7 pages in APA format and contain detailed and convincing reasons in support of each one of your recommendations. It is imperative that the support offered for each of your recommendations be based on analysis-based conclusions.
